VAMED AG announces that MMag. Andrea Raffaseder will hand over all her responsibilities in the company to Moritz T. Gärtner as of 31 January 2024. Raffaseder has been Managing Director of VAMED Engineering (VE) since 2008 and a member of the Executive Board of VAMED AG since 2009. She is leaving the company on the best of terms in order to devote herself to new tasks.

The Executive Board of VAMED AG will once again consist of four members. The takeover by Moritz Gärtner, who was appointed to the Executive Board last year and introduced to the agenda by Raffaseder, ensures a continuous transition.
